For the leader to make the firm successful, he has to have some traits, which will make him the best leader and thus qualified to lead the organization. In modern language, communities realize that law and the common good are related concepts. Lawmakers are cautious about enacting laws that contradict human good[1]. This topic poses a serious moral dilemma; it covers the whole social system structure characterized by politics, religion, culture and social settings at all levels. In this regard, the end of a given social system is good, eventually translating to what many refer to as the common good. Common good promotes the well-being of the human person and the entire community.

From our study, we can see that laws determine rights and duties. A claim to demand justice is viewed from many perspectives, such as natural, legal or religious perspectives. Most people do not succeed in fighting for their rights simply because they do not know the law. Citizens should take the initiative to read their laws if they are to ensure that their rights are adequately realized. Lawmakers should pay special attention to the common good while making laws.

Lack of effective communication forces that include feedback is a stressor at some point. Sometimes, managers do not get the necessary positive feedback that they require. Or even if they get it, how it is given is inappropriate. Such managers will subject their problems to the juniors; eventually, the whole lot under those managers will be stressed out. At the same time, some bosses do not commend the good work done by the juniors or keep giving negative comments now and again. Workers in this situation would feel demotivated, which will finally come as a stressor. Such feedbacks may compromise one's self-confidence and self-esteem (Wilmer 1997).

Integration of mass media in the usage and marketing of books would also contribute to a greater extend into the usage of books. In future, the integration of books into various broadcasting methods could facilitate the acceptance of the fact that books can never be replaced by integration of information over the internet. Even though the reading culture of printed books tends to continuously decrease, it is evident that online resources and other electronic sources of books continue to dominate the market.

In order to address these concerns in a sustainable manner, Koplan, Liverman and Kraak (2000) propose that a viable wellness program should be comprehensive and focus on all areas. Fundamentally, physical health needs to be given utmost attention. This is because of the recognition that other problems tend to stem from obesity. As such, the proposed wellness program would encourage incorporation of physical education in the school curriculum.
