Reacting to this view on bureaucracy, (Gouldner (1954) argues that bureaucracy harms the organizational society due to the propping of the alienation element. The potential of bureaucracy to dehumanize people through regulatory rules and impersonality that are put in place to foster efficiency also denies officials and clients the ability to respond to each other in a personal way. As a result, an impersonal atmosphere creates alienation.

The final lesson of the day was a visual arts lesson that involved being out of the classroom and in an open space. The content of this lesson was modified so that the student could actively participate in the learning experience. The lesson was based on live art sketching, where students were taken to the front of the school and asked to sketch a natural environment. Student A becomes very enthused and excited during art lessons; however, he struggles to achieve the outcomes due to his excitement.

Over the years, various efforts have been made by the country’s legislatures to ensure a very friendly business environment for the business sector. Even though the country has no written constitution, the hotel industry has constantly been guided by the strong institutional foundations that have been put down over the years. The strong institutional foundations, the increased transparency in the market and the need for accountability have led to the improvement of the hotel industry in the two countries.

Social change is characterized by a shift in the mechanisms embedded in the social structure; other features include alterations of cultural symbols, standards of behavior, social organizations, and value systems (Barringer, 1965).
