HIV is the main cause of AIDS and can bring devastating effects to families, the entire community and their loved ones. The spread of this epidemic has reached beyond control, preventing the country from further developing its politics and economy. In third-world developing countries, the epidemic has also widened and pushed the rift between the rich and poor to the very edges of the falling society. When the United States thrives with abundant resources and system access, there are millions of people across the ocean suffering from chronic diseases that include tuberculosis, HIV/AIDS and more. Every day, a loved one in a family or from a community passes away.

Postrel (2009) presents strategies organizations use to shorten the waiting lists for kidney donors. Both paired exchanges and donor chains increase the number of donors available to kidney transplant potential recipients. Paired exchanges allow incompatible donors to find compatible recipients through a pair of donors and recipients who will both benefit the kidney recipients. However, this strategy can only reduce the waiting list so far, and its economic limitations bar its effectiveness.

Following these arguments in favor of a regulated compensated kidney donor system, it is paramount to note that such a system can only accrue the highlighted economic benefits if it is appropriately modeled. Keynesians have the belief that, since prices are rigid, fluctuations in government expenditures, investment or consumption lead to fluctuation of the output. Keynesians include multiplier effect in their argument although the multiplier can’t exceed 1.0 but should be exceeding zero. Keynesians also believe that price especially wages react very slowly to the changes in demand and supply leading to surpluses and shortages mostly of labor. This is accepted by many prominent monetarists.

Systemic renewal involves evaluating aims and objectives related to school management policies, practices, and organizational structures as they affect diverse learners. Epstein and Sheldon (2002) noted that “to prevent and correct serious attendance problems, schools need to change the way they are structured, improve the quality of courses, and intensify interpersonal relationships between students and teachers” (p. 309).

Generally, it refers to acknowledging, understanding, accepting, valuing and celebrating the differences among people concerning age, class, ethnicity, race, physical and mental ability, sexual orientation, gender, public assistance status and spiritual practice. In part, I will write about the war between Sparta and Athens, commonly referred to as the Peloponnesian War, by examining the work of Thucydides, a historian and a military commander in the Athenian Army. His historical writing has become important in ancient and modern historiography, as many historians refer to materials as a reference point. His work covers many areas, such as the chronology of the events before and after the war and speeches made by army commanders between 479 BC and 432 BC.
