Corey& Corey (2006) postulates that counselor must ensure that all clients in a group participates in therapy process with a well – informed consent.
Clients ought to be aware of the nature, objectives, and the need for a specific activity during counseling. The counselor consequently strives to create an environment where all members respect individual autonomy notwithstanding the group cohesion explicit during counseling (Bemak & Chung, 2004).
