His heart rate and blood pressure are on the higher side, while his SaO2 is normal. He breathes through his nose and has no peripheral edema and no adventitious sounds coming from his chest. Though he has lost weight in the five days he has been in hospital, his vital signs seem relatively normal.

The reason for this is that the product has been a market leader in the country for several years. However, a short while ago, a rival company launched a similar product that has taken the market by storm. This means that we are no longer leading and the values of our products have dropped.

Traditionally, performance appraisals were conducted by the managers and their assistance. This method was very bureaucratic and often marred by discrimination and manipulated feedback.
