Essay: The Battle of Front Royal-Significance of the action

The reason for the defeat of the Union army was that their numbers were not only a few, but they also were not well prepared. This is because the Confederate army advanced in such a way that blocked them from moving. This made it impossible for them to fight, and due to the Confederate’s large army, the retreat was the only option. This teaches us several lessons, which include the fact that while numbers are important in war, the tactical organization will win a war more than numbers. (more…)

The social aspect can be explained as the way people of a place behave. The aviation industry targets people both local and international as their customers. It follows that the management should consider the interest of its targeted customers to ensure it is able to serve them better. For instance, there are customers who are interested in cheap means of transport and thus may be forced to opt for road transport (Shaw, 2007).
