Essay: Basic Personality Assessment
The results in the first section of the Pre Prentice Hall’s Self-Assessment Online Library “What about me?” gave me very reliable insights into my motivation, personality, attitudes, and values (Pearson Education, 2008). Under my Basic Personality assessment, my highest score was for being an extrovert. I got the lowest for openness to experience (Pearson Education, 2008, I.A.1).
As described by Fischer (2008), having a higher score in being an extrovert means that an individual is more likely to be able to take care of their co-workers and colleagues as their interests are their priority.
The Jungian 16-Type Personality assessment that I took reflected that I am an ESTJ (Pearson Education, 2008, I.A.2). The results were also conclusive that I was a Type- Personality. This related to my personality very well as often I find myself entangled in quite a number of situations that are a little bit stressful. (Pearson Education, 2008, I.A.3).
