The civil employees who are delegated the powers to run the hotels on behalf of the government are selected through rigorous recruitment processes, which ensure that the best person is chosen for the civil service job.

According to the scientific theory of management, leaders always need to upgrade their skills constantly and change with their changing environment to ensure that proper planning and guidance are enhanced in the success of a given organization. In some cultural backgrounds, it is even unthinkable for women folk to carry out certain tasks that are perceived to be preserved for the men (Bickel, 2004; Pollit, 2005, pp.36-39).

The court's interpretation of Social Security may shed light on how the system is never near viable. The United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit may favor the Social Security Act. However, the court affirms that the Social Security Act should be interpreted liberally in favor of the claimants when deciding what counts as the covered wages for the need to achieve the quarters of the coverage prerequisite in making a worker qualify for the benefits. The court's interpretations, therefore, have it that Social Security has the moral role of serving men and women and saving them from poverty (Haveman et al., 2003).

The social influence approach applied by social psychologists in relation to explaining engagement in collective violence, it poses some methodological challenges. For instance, the notion of compliance poses a challenge to document in such a way that even in the absence of Nazi Germany's authority or even when Himmler gave a stoppage order, other junior officials continued killing the Jews (Blass 2002). Thus, it has to affirm whether it falls into another category of social influence mechanisms since, at this point, it’s clear that compliance is not the primary mechanism causing persons to commit this collective crime (Blass 2002; Macmaster 2004).

The services of the rabbi should be compensated and rewarded. According to Maimonides, even though children ought to learn the Torah from the moment they start learning to speak, it is important to remunerate the teacher when they reach six or seven. Nevertheless, throughout the Jewish History there is a gap between the relevance of Torah teaching to the young and adolescents and the material condition of the teachers (Baumgarten, 1999). In this light, educational institutions were established. Although the Torah was considered as the only source of wisdom, there was needed to integrate it with secular wisdom.

There is the Stupa, which symbolizes the enlightened mind of the Buddha[1]. Its symbolic meaning is the representation of the five elements: the canopy is air, and the volume of the Stupa is space. The round dome is for water, the square base represents earth, and the cone-shape is fire. It has three precious Jewels that signify the three pillars of the Buddha: the Sangha, which encompasses monks and nuns, and Dharma[2], which is Buddha’s teachings.

The participants also confirmed that the teachings of spirituality enabled them to initiate outreach programs and were able to interact in various ways with the communities. By organizing and participating in these programs, the community changed their attitude towards them and assimilation in the community on completion of treatment became faster. This assurance in itself hastened the recovery process of addicts. It is because initially the community perceived them as a threat to their security and safety.

The US Somali operation had their share of failures prompted by the pathetic images of starving Somalis. The sight of thousands of malnourished children made the primary goal of providing security to aid in the free distribution of relief supplies end in the quest to make Somalis form a government, which in itself ended in a miserable failure (Richburg, 1994). This failure was due to the mismatched ends, ways, and means.
