The three ideals empower a transformational leader to lead the organization’s workforce towards attaining the firm’s mission and vision. The authentic transformational leadership is grounded in moral foundations that are based on four components denoted as 4i: intellectual stimulation, individualized consideration, idealized influence and inspirational motivation (Bass, 1995).
