Key concepts in this tradition will be reviewed and a synthesis on the same to the modern education system will also be illustrated. Parents play a very significant role in the education of their children before even the teachers take up the education of their children. This paper also argues very strongly why rabbis or teachers should be remunerated for their services. In general, it shall demonstrate the genesis of education and how it has evolved in the past to what it is today. To reiterate, an analysis of the key conceptual issues and their significant contribution to the well founded theories of textual instruction will be considered.
