It is beneficial for support aides to develop a good rapport with their student’s as they will develop a mutual bond assisting them in their work and will therefore continually have their support during learning sessions. The support offered in student A’s classroom includes a teachers aide specifically assigned to him and a support teacher learning assistance coming in every morning. This support along with the classroom teacher is beneficial as student A is continually being assisted in his learning.
