I support this system because the fusion centers help to fuse foreign intelligence with a wide spectrum of home based information with intelligence from the foreign sources. Thus fusion centers serve as a vital linkage or the translator of vital information for the state as well as the local authorities. Apart from providing important indication and warning in a counter terrorism sense, this process of fusion is applicable in responding to other types of crime and response to natural disasters.
